Mobile Coffee Cart Catering in the Bay Area

Espresso Station is the best! Our company had a last minute request to  get a coffee barista in office for our team's return to office week and Marta  from Espresso Station was so quick to respond and willing to  accommodate her schedule to serve our office for the week!  

We continue to use them for all our fun office events and they are so kind,  easy to work with, flexible with their availability, and set everything up on  their own! They make it so easy and they care about their quality of  product. If they make a drink and the person has stepped away for a little  period of time, they will remake the drink to ensure the customer receives  the freshest cup of coffee! 

I cannot say enough great things about Espresso Station and their onsite  support team. I am always eager to work with them and will always book  them for our office events when I can -- everyone loves their drinks,  especially the matcha latte :)

I booked Espresso Station for a client's event in December 2023 and they simply couldn't have been better. From being communicative and working with our budget since I contacted them to being friendly and personable when I met them in person for the event, working with them was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They provided the most yummy coffee and tea for the event (many people went back for seconds and thirds, myself included), and they added lovely decorative touches to the cart and speciality drinks to the menu for the holidays - without me even asking! I 110% recommend them and I can't wait to work with them again!

I reached out to Marta to book espresso station for a work event and it went so smooth!I had a strict budget to work with but she was very prompt and thorough in responding with what they could offer within my budget which I greatly appreciated. Jose and Kevin were our baristas for the day and they were so nice and every drink I had was delicious. My work is a conservation based organization so I went on a limb and asked if we could use our own reusable mugs instead of single use cups, and they were happy to oblige which was above and beyond in my opinion. All my coworkers kept telling me weeks after the event, how much they enjoyed everything from the drinks to the delicious pastries and the great service. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend.

I had the absolute pleasure to have Espresso Station come on-site to Santa Clara to host an espresso cart for a recent employee event. Marta, the owner, promptly responded to our request for a planning call in advance of the event and we discussed all necessary details and received a fair quote. While we had planned for ~250 employees, we had ~300 employees attend because of high interest but the baristas, Jose and Kaila did an amazing job of keeping the line and wait time short with a high level of friendly customer service. We look forward to working with Espresso Station again in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Since it was a morning party, I wanted a unique catering option that would appeal to both adults and kids, and Espresso Station was the perfect choice. Espresso Station was a huge hit at my son's 3rd birthday! We hired them to provide drinks for the adults and kids, and it was a fantastic decision. Jose, our barista, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, efficient, and great with both the adults and the little ones. The kids loved the whipped cream and sprinkles on their special drinks, and the adults raved about the quality of the coffee. It was a perfect touch for our party. We had Espresso Cart come to our school to kick off our Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week and were extremely happy with with the exceptional service and delicious drinks provided by Marta and José. I recently enjoyed experiencing Espresso Station at an event, and I can't recommend them enough! They serve various delicious hot and cold drinks, all made from scratch. Try their Matcha Latte, Café de Olla, and Chai Latte – all drinks are must-tries! The owners are incredibly friendly and add a personal touch to the service. Outstanding service! We hired Espresso Station for our daughter's  quinceañera and they were truly the highlight of the event. Our guests are  still raving about the delicious iced cafe de olla, among many other  favorites. 

Espresso Station served all 150 guests with a smile and in a very well organized manner. My entire experience, from the initial quote to seeing  their team depart from our venue, was nothing but wonderful and  pleasant. They provided delicious coffee and amazing service!
